As a St. Louis native, Dr. Patricia McGuire is a board-certified plastic surgeon and clinical instructor of surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Dr. McGuire performs a wide variety of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the breast, including augmentation, reduction, and lifts, and cancer reconstruction. She also performs body contouring procedures such as liposuction and tummy and some facial cosmetic procedures, and hand surgery.
