Dr. Andrew Kleinman, MD

Andrew Kleinman, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who uses his surgical skills to produce natural-looking results for his patients in Westchester County and Greenwich. He has undergone advanced clinical training at several prestigious institutions, including Harvard University and the Baylor College of Medicine in Texas, where he studied under the mentorship of Frank Gerow, the inventor of breast implants. Dr. Kleinman is on the board of the Medical Society of the State of New York and is a former President of the Westchester County Medical Society. He is also the current President-elect of the New York State Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Kleinman has been performing plastic and reconstructive surgery procedures for more than 25 years and has been featured in many publications as one of the best doctors in the region, including Westchester Magazine and the Westchester Wag. He has also appeared in the past 12 editions of Castle Connolly’s “Top Doctors” guide. He has been quoted in various publications, including the New York Times and the Journal News, and has been featured on WCBS Radio.

Dr. Kleinman performs an array of cosmetic procedures of the face, body and breasts, including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, male breast reduction to treat gynecomastia, liposuction, tummy tuck, arm lift, facelift, rhinoplasty, ear surgery, eyelid surgery, brow lift and neck lift. In addition, he was the first plastic surgeon in Westchester to use the VASER Lipo system for ultrasound-assisted liposuction. While at MIT as an undergraduate, he had a particular interest in geometry, which imbued him with a sense of balance and proportion that enhance his ability to create aesthetically pleasing cosmetic results. In addition, Dr. Kleinman specializes in a wide range of non-surgical treatments such as, Botox injections, Juvederm, Radiesse, Restylane and other fillers, which he uses to help his patients achieve a more youthful facial appearance.

Andrew Kleinman, MD, received his undergraduate degree from MIT and his medical degree from the University of Rochester Medical School, after which time he completed general plastic surgery residencies and fellowships at the Harvard University, George Washington University Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital and Baylor College of Medicine in Texas. Dr. Kleinman has earned many awards for surgical excellence, including the Westchester County Medical Society’s Special Award and Who’s Who in America. He is certified by both the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Kleinman is a member of many professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
