Dr. Arnold Breitbart, MD

Arnold S. Breitbart, MD, FACS, is a highly skilled plastic surgeon who is board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. Dr. Breitbart has performed advanced fellowship training in craniofacial surgery, microsurgery and breast reconstruction. As a high profile plastic surgeon, he has been featured in Allure, Glamour and Self magazines, Newsday newspaper, and on the NBC news. Dr. Breitbart has been selected multiple times by Castle Connolly as one of the “Top Doctors in America” and one of the top plastic surgeons in the New York metropolitan area. In addition, he has been named one of the top plastic surgeons in Long Island by Newsday.

Dr. Breitbart performs a variety of face, body and breast cosmetic procedures, including facelift, rhinoplasty, ear surgery, eyelid surgery, liposuction, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, breast lift and breast reduction. He also offers gynecomastia surgery, or male breast reduction, as well as the correction of inverted nipples. Dr. Breitbart performs many cosmetic procedures at his state-of-the-art operating suite, which is fully endorsed by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities. Arnold S. Breitbart, MD, FACS, completed an undergraduate degree with high honors at Princeton University and a medical degree at New York University School of Medicine. He continued his education with general and plastic surgery residencies at New York University Medical Center, where he also performed a craniofacial surgery fellowship. In addition, Dr. Breitbart performed a microsurgery and breast reconstruction fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center. He serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and Cornell University Weill Medical College. Dr. Breitbart has lectured at more than 50 national and international plastic surgery conferences and has written more than 40 published journal articles. He is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the Plastic Surgery Research Council, the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Northeastern Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Nassau Surgical Society and the American Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association.
