About
Azita Madjidi, MD, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon and a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She is dedicated to excellence in plastic and reconstructive surgery and provides comprehensive treatment options for both children and adults. Dr. Madjidi obtained her education and training in France, where she studied under the mentorship of Dr. Paul Tessier, a recognized authority on craniofacial surgery in Europe and the United States. She is a former Chief of Clinics Assistant in Pediatric Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery at Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital in Paris, where she taught medical students and residents to perform reconstructive surgery in children with birth defects, including cleft lips and palates. Dr. Madjidi also holds fellowship training in craniofacial surgery from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She is fluent in English, Spanish, Persian and French. Dr. Madjidi has authored peer-reviewed articles and book chapters in multiple languages and has presented on plastic and reconstructive surgery topics both nationally and internationally. She dedicates her free time to medical missions, serving patients in Central America and Africa, including the Middle East.
Dr. Madjidi offers a wide range of surgical and non-surgical treatment options for both cosmetic and reconstructive needs. For aesthetic enhancements she performs an array of surgical procedures focusing on the face, body and breasts, including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift, male breast reduction for treatment of gynecomastia, tummy tuck, mini tummy tuck, liposuction, facelift surgery, eyelid lift, neck lift, brow lift, rhinoplasty, chin surgery and chin augmentation. Dr. Madjidi also provides post-bariatric body contouring for patients who have lost a significant amount of weight, as well as mommy makeover treatments for women who want to restore their figures following childbearing. In addition she offers reconstructive surgical procedures such as cleft lip and palate repair, ear reconstruction, skin lesions removal, nasal reconstructive surgery, scar revision and facial fractures repair. When necessary, Dr. Madjidi may also incorporate non-surgical treatments, including Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser skin resurfacing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and/or anti-aging skin care products.

Azita Madjidi, MD, obtained her medical degree from Caen Medical School in Normandy, France. After completing her medical training and residency, she obtained French board certification in maxillofacial surgery and stomatology. Dr. Madjidi was awarded the prestigious position of Chief of Clinics Assistant in Pediatric Plastic and Maxillofacial Surgery at Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital in Paris, where she trained other medical students and residents to perform reconstructive surgery for cleft lips and palates. After moving to the United States, Dr. Madjidi completed a fellowship in craniofacial surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. She also continued her plastic surgery education at Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Medical Center, where she obtained a fellowship in microvascular surgery. Dr. Madjidi is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a proud member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
