Charles W. Perry, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in minimally invasive techniques and post-bariatric cosmetic surgery. Dr. Perry is devoted to providing each and every one of his patients with aesthetically pleasing, natural results. His level of caring and compassion is second-to-none. He spends the time needed with each patient to answer questions about their plastic surgery options and potential results. He has helped many patients obtain a more youthful and vigorous shape and his surgical skills are exemplified by the many referrals he receives from satisfied patients.

Dr. Perry is the founder and Chief Surgeon for Chrysalis Cosmetics, a state-of-the-art cosmetic plastic surgery center providing premier aesthetic surgery to patients throughout Sacramento, Carmichael, Roseville, Folsom, El Dorado Hills, Modesto, Stockton and beyond. Although much of his practice is focused on outpatient procedures that are minimally invasive and involve little downtime, Dr. Perry performs a full range of cosmetic surgery procedures, including: breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty), facelift and mini-facelift, tummy tuck, labioplasty and post-bariatric plastic surgery (body contouring for people who have undergone significant weight loss or bariatric surgery).

Dr. Perry also offers a number of nonsurgical cosmetic procedures such as Laser Skin Enhancement, Brown and Red Spot removal, Botox, Juvederm, Structural fat transfer and Restylane, Radiesse and a variety of skin care services including laser hair removal and chemical peels.

Charles W. Perry, MD, FACS, received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Puget Sound before earning his Doctorate of Medicine degree from the University of Washington. Following medical school, Dr. Perry participated in a select general surgery internship through the Maricopa County Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ. He later completed his general surgery residency at the University of Arizona before completing his plastic surgery residency at the University of Massachusetts. Since completing his formal education, Dr. Perry has remained active in the pursuit of furthering his surgical knowledge. He is involved in research that furthers patient safety and stays abreast of the latest plastic surgery technologies and trends. Dr. Perry is also an active volunteer and has participated in medical outreach programs for the Xaxlip Indian Reservation and traveled to Ecuador on cleft lip and palate missions.

Dr. Perry is affiliated with a number of professional medical organizations, including the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the American Board of Surgery, the California Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Perry also enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, son and daughter.
