Daryl K. Hoffman, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has been serving the aesthetic needs of patients in Palo Alto and San Jose for more than 20 years. Daryl K. Hoffman, MD, earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He completed his medical education at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine, where he received the Faculty Award of Excellence in recognition of his academic success. Dr. Hoffman served a six-year medical residency in general/plastic and reconstructive surgery at Stanford University. He underwent additional fellowship training at the Mt. Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach. Dr. Hoffman studied cleft lip and palate surgery at the Showa University School of Medicine in Tokyo, and hand and microsurgery at the San Jose Medical Center. He continues to attend postgraduate courses in order to stay abreast of the latest techniques and technologies in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Hoffman is a member of many professional organizations.
