David H. Lowe, MD, FACS,obtained his undergraduate degree at the University of Virginia. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he also completed his general surgery residency. Dr. Lowe underwent plastic surgery training at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he later served as an attending plastic surgeon. He received additional fellowship training in hand surgery at the Union Memorial Hospital. Dr. Lowe is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the John Staige Davis Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Medical and Chirurgical Faculty of the State of Maryland.
