Dr. Dean Kleto, MD

Dean Kleto, MD, is a board-certified, Duke-trained plastic surgeon who has completed advanced fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Kleto takes pride in creating beautiful, natural-looking results that help enhance patients’ natural beauty with minimal surgical intervention. Dr. Kleto offers a wide range of face, body and breast cosmetic procedures, including facelift, rhinoplasty, tummy tuck, liposuction and breast augmentation. In addition, he is one of the few cosmetic surgeons in the area to perform blepharoplasty, breast reconstruction, breast lift, otoplasty and body lift. He also offers non-surgical facial rejuvenation procedures, like laser skin resurfacing, Botox injections and injectable fillers, as well as other skin care services.

Dean Kleto, MD, received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Tennessee. He then performed a general surgery residency at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, and a plastic and reconstructive surgery residency at Duke University Medical Center. Dr. Kleto continued his studies with a fellowship at the University of Louisville Jewish Hospital. He is a member of several medical organizations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
