Farzad R. Nahai, MD, earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Emory University, graduating summa cum laude. He remained at Emory University to complete an extensive five-year general surgery residency; this was followed by a plastic surgery residency at the prestigious training program at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Nahai returned to Atlanta to complete a craniofacial fellowship at Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital, and an oculoplastic and aesthetic fellowship at Paces. He has published a number of scholarly articles on aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery of the face and breast and has written chapters for leading plastic surgery textbooks. Dr. Farzad Nahai is an associate editor of the journals Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and Annals of Plastic Surgery, and is frequently invited to present his work at national plastic surgery meetings. In addition to his work at Paces Plastic Surgery, Dr. Nahai volunteers his time helping the less fortunate who need plastic surgery in Central America, Africa and the United States.
