Dr. Gina R. Cottle, MD

Gina R. Cottle, MD, completed her undergraduate education at Bucknell University in Pennsylvania, where she double majored in English and biology and graduated with honors. She received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical College of Virginia, where she was ranked in the top 5 percent of her class and was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. Dr. Cottle completed her internship at the Hershey Medical Center of Penn State, where she was voted “Best Intern of the Year,” and performed her ophthalmology residency at the Medical College of Virginia, where she was Chief Resident of her class. She went on to complete a fellowship in cornea and refractive surgery at Eye Consultants of Atlanta and the Emory Vision Correction Center. Dr. Cottle has 11 years’ experience performing refractive surgery.
