Jonathan D. Solomon, MD, is the surgical and refractive director of Solomon Eye Associates Physicians & Surgeons. He earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Maryland and his medical degree from the Temple University School of Medicine. After graduating from medical school, Dr. Solomon trained at the Casey Eye Institute and Devers Eye Institute of Portland, Oregon. He is the official LASIK surgeon for the University of Maryland Terps and teaches at the renowned Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Solomon works closely as a consultant to the makers of ophthalmic equipment and intraocular lenses. He was featured in GQ magazine’s “Men of the Year” issue and is a member of the following medical organizations:

• American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (Fellow)
• Cornea Society (serves on the Accreditation Board)
• Maryland Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons (Executive Board Member)
