Lawrence Rosenberg, MD, FACS, completed his undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, where he graduated with honors. He then returned to New York City, earning a medical degree from New York University School of Medicine. Dr. Rosenberg completed a general surgery residency at the University of Virginia and served as Chief Resident and instructor of surgery. Dr. Rosenberg’s plastic surgery training was completed at the prestigious Northwestern University Health Sciences Center in Chicago, where he also served as Chief Resident in plastic surgery.

Dr. Rosenberg holds dual certification by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery (the only plastic surgery board recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties). He is active in national and local medical and plastic surgical societies. Dr. Rosenberg is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Lipoplasty Society of America and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
