Dr. Michael Chiaramonte, MD

Michael F. Chiaramonte, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon who received advanced fellowship training in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the prestigious Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Chiaramonte is also a faculty member of Johns Hopkins University, which is consistently ranked as one of the top 20 educational institutions in the country by U.S. News and World Report. As a testament to his surgical expertise, Dr. Chiaramonte has been featured on several television networks and programs, including NBC, FOX, Channel 9 News and Hopkins 24/7.

Dr. Chiaramonte performs a variety of face, body and breast cosmetic procedures, including facelift, rhinoplasty, liposuction, tummy tuck and breast augmentation. He also offers the Bella Body Lift, a body contouring procedure he created to reshape the upper torso. In addition to plastic surgery procedures, his office boasts a medical spa that offers chemical peels, laser hair removal, vein therapy and injectable fillers.

Michael F. Chiaramonte, MD, FACS, completed an undergraduate degree with honors and a medical degree at the University of Maryland. He then performed a general surgery residency, serving as Chief Resident, at the University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Chiaramonte then completed a plastic surgery fellowship at Johns Hopkins Hospital. He continued his training by serving as the Administrative Chief Resident at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and as the Chief Resident at the R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore. He was a Clinical Instructor of Surgery and Plastic Surgery at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Currently, Dr. Chiaramonte serves as Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at the Southern Maryland Hospital Center and is the Medical Director of Bella Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Chiaramonte has written several published journal articles and is frequently invited to lecture to medical organizations. In addition, he is a member of several medical societies, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the National Capital Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
