Dr. Michael Tantillo, MD

Michael Tantillo, MD, is a board-certified, Harvard-trained plastic surgeon. Dr. Tantillo serves as a faculty member at the highly regarded Harvard Medical School, one of the top medical programs in the world. His outstanding surgical skills and personalized care has earned him a reputation for excellence throughout the Boston area and New England.

Dr. Tantillo performs a wide range of face, body and breast cosmetic procedures, including facelift, rhinoplasty, liposuction, tummy tuck and post-bariatric body contouring procedures. Dr. Tantillo is recognized as an expert in breast surgery including breast augmentation, breast lift and breast reduction surgery. For those interested in minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Tantillo offers injectable filler and Botox procedures in a private office setting. He takes the time to meet with patients individually to discuss their aesthetic concerns and create a personalized treatment plan that will meet all of their needs.

Michael Tantillo, MD, earned an undergraduate degree at Davidson College in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a medical degree at the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed a General Surgery residency at Tufts-New England Medical Center Hospitals in Boston and served as a Cardiothoracic Surgery Research Fellow at Veterans Administration Medical Center and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Tantillo then completed a plastic surgery residency at Massachusetts General Hospital and a hand and microvascular surgery fellowship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Children’s Hospital Boston. Dr. Tantillo has written several published journal articles and serves as a Surgery Instructor at Harvard Medical School’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. He is a member of several medical organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the New England Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons.
