Dr. Robert J. Cionni, MD,

Robert J. Cionni, MD, completed Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees at the University of Cincinnati, where he was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society and received a Fight for Sight Fellowship Award for his efforts in corneal wound healing. Dr. Cionni completed his internship in internal medicine at Cincinnati’s Good Samaritan Hospital and served his ophthalmology residency at the University of Louisville. He also completed a fellowship in cataract and implant surgery at the Cincinnati Eye Institute. Dr. Cionni is a member of the Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati, the Ohio State Medical Association, the Cincinnati Society of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the International Intraocular Implant Club.
