Dr. Robert Young, MD

Robert N. Young, MD, FACS, is a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon and the founder of Aesthetic Enhancement Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center, an accredited cosmetic surgery practice in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Young is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has more than 25 years of plastic surgery experience and has been serving the needs of San Antonio cosmetic surgery patients for nearly two decades. His many years of intensive cosmetic surgery training and experience have allowed him to refine his surgical skills and achieve consistently stunning aesthetic results for his plastic surgery patients. Dr. Young performs a wide range of cosmetic surgery procedures for the breasts, body and face. For the breasts, he offers breast augmentation with silicone or saline breast implants, as well as breast lift and breast reduction. He specializes in endoscopic axillary breast augmentation, which involves the creation of small incisions in the armpit and the use of a small camera to place the implants. Dr. Young also provides tummy tuck to flatten and tighten the abdomen and liposuction to sculpt various parts of the body, including the stomach, thighs, buttocks, arms, neck, knees, calves and ankles. For the face, Dr. Young offers facelift, eyelid lift, endoscopic brow lift, rhinoplasty (nose surgery) and neck lift, as well as lip, chin and cheek augmentation. Young, MD, FACS, earned his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy at West Point in New York and his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his general surgery residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, where he went on to become the Chief of Plastic Surgery. He also completed a fellowship in plastic surgery at Beaumont Army Medical Center in El Paso. Dr. Young is a member of numerous professional medical organizations, including the Bexar County Medical Society, the Texas Medical Association and the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.
