Steven Yarinsky, MD, FACS, is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons practicing cosmetic medicine in the Saratoga Springs area. With more than 20 years of cosmetic surgery training and practical experience, Dr. Yarinsky has helped thousands of patients achieve the aesthetic results they desire.

Dr. Yarinsky is the founder of Saratoga Springs Plastic Surgery, PC, a premier JCAHO-accredited cosmetic and reconstructive surgery center. The state-of-the-art Saratoga Springs facility is the only office-based surgery facility in the Capital District to be awarded the JCAHO “Gold Standard for Quality in Health Care,” a testament to Dr. Yarinsky’s dedication to patient safety and surgical excellence. Steven Yarinsky, MD, FACS, earned his undergraduate degree at Dartmouth College and his medical degree at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse. He completed an extensive five-year general surgery residency at Ohio State University Hospital and Marshall University Medical School. He then completed two more years of plastic surgery residency training at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He has been in practice at Saratoga Springs Plastic Surgery, PC since 1989 and is the first plastic surgeon to open an office in Saratoga Springs, NY. Dr. Yarinsky is an advocate of continuing education, participating in more than 150 hours of supplemental training and study every three years.

Dr. Yarinsky is affiliated with a number of professional medical associations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the Medical Society of the State of New York. He holds the coveted Certificate of Advanced Education in Cosmetic Surgery, another indication of his ongoing training and expertise in the specialty of cosmetic medicine.
