Tara L. Kois, DMD, began her dental career as a pediatric and orthodontic chairside dental assistant. She then returned to school to become a dental hygienist. After practicing dental hygiene in pediatrics and general dentistry in Switzerland, Dr. Kois decided dental school was the next goal to pursue. It is this well-rounded experience that makes Dr. Kois so proficient and passionate about her work.

“There is nothing more rewarding than building a relationship with a patient and seeing them smile again,” Dr. Kois says. Her commitment to treating patients with care and compassion has made her one of the top dentists in the Seattle area. The esteemed dentist has built a team of dedicated professionals who also treat patients like members of the family.

Dr. Kois received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University. She then attended dental school at Nova Southeastern University where she received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine. Dr. Kois also serves as a clinical instructor at Clover Park and Renton Dental Assisting Schools. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Washington State Dental Association, and The Seattle King County Dental Society.
